Looking for the best snacks at Disneyland?
A trip to the Disneyland Resort isn’t complete without indulging in some of the park’s iconic snacks. From classic churros and creamy Dole Whip to healthier options like apple slices and roasted corn, Disneyland offers something for every craving.
As a Southern California local and Disney parks expert, I’ve been to Disneyland times than I can count, and as a result have tried just about every type of snack. While I definitely have my favorites we go back for time and time again, there is something to be said about the diversity of Disneyland snacks available at the parks.
Whether you’re looking for a sweet treat, a savory bite, or something fresh and healthy, these are the 12 best and most iconic snacks at Disneyland to try on your vacation.

Best Disneyland Snacks
1. Mickey-Shaped Pretzels

The Mickey-shaped pretzel is another Disneyland classic.
The oversized soft pretzel is fun to eat, easy to share, and instantly recognizable thanks to its iconic Mickey shape. Pair it with cheese sauce for an extra indulgent snack.
Pretzels not only taste great, they are easy to enjoy while walking between attractions. And before we get into the rest of the list, I must say that’s what I think a great snack is all about! Something yummy you can grab on the go and enjoy while walking or waiting in line for a ride.
It’s one of the park’s most photogenic snacks and a favorite among kids.
Where to find it: Pretzel carts throughout Disneyland Park
2. Mickey-Shaped Beignets

Mickey beignets are another iconic snack at Disneyland you’ve got to try! These fluffy pastries are covered in powdered sugar and served warm. I recommend you eat them right away, as they taste best when they are hot and fresh!
You can order the beignets in a pack of either 3 or 6.
Since they are only sold at the Mint Julep Bar in New Orleans Square, a good tip is to enjoy them right there in the courtyard. Bonus if the jazz band is playing; you can listen to great music while you eat! I also love to buy a bag and take them with us on the train, since the station is right across the way.
Depending on the season, specialty flavors may also be available.

3. Popcorn

There’s just something special about the smell of popcorn at Disneyland! You can purchase a standard box or splurge on one of Disneyland’s collectible popcorn buckets, which often become sought-after souvenirs.
Popcorn is also one of the easiest snacks to share with the whole family.

4. Dole Whip

I am not ashamed to admit it, Dole Whips are my favorite treat and I could eat one every day. Sometimes if we are at the Disneyland Resort without park tickets I will go Tangaroa Terrace at the Disneyland Hotel just to buy one. They are cold, creamy, and the sweet pineapple flavor always puts me in a good mood.
► Travel Insight
Lines to purchase this snack get very long in the afternoon, especially on hot days. If you place a mobile order from the Tiki Juice Bar right outside the Enchanted Tiki Room and enjoy it while watching the show.
This pineapple soft-serve is refreshing, dairy-free, and perfect on a sunny Southern California day. They are especially popular during summer at Disneyland and any time the weather is warm.
You can order the classic pineapple version or enjoy it as a float served with pineapple juice. The Tropical Hideaway usually offers a secondary flavor (such as raspberry or orange) you can try or swirl with the pineapple, but I am a die-hard and prefer straight-up pineapple!

5. Churros

No Disneyland snack list would be complete without the iconic Disneyland churro. These cinnamon-sugar treats have been a guest favorite for decades and are practically a rite of passage for first-time visitors!
The classic churro can be found at carts throughout Disneyland Park, with seasonal flavors making appearances during the holidays and special events. For instance, during Halloween Time at Disneyland, you’ll want to try the Pumpkin Spice Churro, rolled in pumpkin spice flavored sugar.
Churros are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and easy to enjoy while walking around the park.

6. Corn on the Cob

One of Disneyland’s best savory snacks is the roasted corn on the cob.
Served hot and brushed with butter, this simple snack has been a favorite among Disneyland regulars for years. It’s surprisingly filling and makes a great option when you need something more substantial between meals.
If you want a little extra kick, you can get it with chili-lime seasoning sprinkled on at no extra charge.
For families looking for healthy options, corn on the cob is one of the better snack choices inside the park!
Where to find it: Ship to Shore Marketplace in Frontierland
7. Fresh Fruit

If you’re looking for a healthier option for snacks at Disneyland, there is plenty of fresh fruit available throughout the park. Options can change depending on the season, but typically you’ll find sliced apples, whole bananas, grapes, and cut fruit cups available at various carts and quick-service locations.
I personally like to buy apple slices because they come with a little cup of caramel for dipping. This combination of chilled fresh fruit with a bit of sweetness hits all the right notes and keeps me from going off the deep end with sweets!

8. Mickey Ice Cream Bar
Back to sweet treats.
There’s something nostalgic about walking down Main Street with a Mickey-shaped ice cream bar in hand.
The classic Mickey Ice Cream Bar is one of the most iconic snacks at Disneyland. This simple vanilla ice cream bar coated in chocolate has been delighting park guests for generations. It may be simple, but it remains one of the park’s most beloved treats.
Another favorite frozen treat is the Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich, which you can typically find at the same spots you get ice cream bars. Vanilla ice cream is tucked between two chocolate cookies shaped like Mickey Mouse, creating a delicious and refreshing snack.

9. Bengal Barbecue Skewers

For something more substantial – or if you’re trying to eat a lot of protein – head to Bengal Barbecue.
The grilled skewers have become a Disneyland institution and are another one of my favorites. Options typically include chicken, beef, bacon-wrapped asparagus, and vegetable skewers. They’re flavorful, easy to eat on the go, and can easily double as a light meal.
Where to find it: Bengal Barbecue in Adventureland
10. Baked Potatoes at Troubadour Tavern

One of Disneyland’s best-kept food secrets can be found in Fantasyland.
While it may not be the first snack that comes to mind, a baked potato is filling, shareable, relatively healthy, and offers a break from traditional theme park food.
Troubadour Tavern serves hearty baked potatoes loaded with toppings that often change throughout the year. Past offerings have included options topped with pepperoni, barbecue chicken, alfredo sauce, and other creative combinations. I usually like to keep it simple and just get the basic Troubadour Baked Potato, which comes with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits and green onions.
If you’re looking for a more substantial snack or affordable lunch option, this is one of the best choices in Disneyland Park.
Where to find it: Troubadour Tavern in Fantasyland
11. Mickey-Shaped Macarons

The Mickey-shaped macarons are as beautiful as they are delicious.
These colorful treats feature almond meringue cookies with a creamy filling and often appear in seasonal flavors throughout the year. Their adorable Mickey shape makes them one of the most Instagram-worthy snacks in Disneyland.
The flavors and availability occasionally change, which gives Disney fans another reason to seek them out on each visit.
Where to find them: Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe on Main Street, U.S.A.
12. Pickles

Like fruit, pickles are another healthy choice for snacks at Disneyland.
It may sound surprising, but Disneyland’s giant dill pickles have developed a cult following. The oversized, crunchy pickles offer a salty snack alternative to the sweeter treats found throughout the park. They’re refreshing, inexpensive, and (if you like pickles) surprisingly satisfying on a hot day.
Where to find them: Select snack carts and quick-service restaurants.
