More to Know About Using the Refill Stations
Water bottle refill stations at Disneyland Resort are simple to use. All you need to do is bring your own water bottle and look for the designated refill stations. Many of these stations feature a simple button to activate the water flow, while others may be built into the water fountains.
The refill stations are free of charge, making them a cost-effective and eco-friendly way to stay hydrated throughout your visit. This means you won’t have to spend money to purchase bottled water every time you need a drink! On a recent visit to Disneyland, a bottle of Dasani water was running about $5, so bringing a refillable water bottle and taking advantage of all the fresh, free water makes a lot of sense.
While we sip all day, I make it a point to fill up our water bottles any time we are about to hop into a long line. That way we won’t run out! This is especially important if you are waiting outside in the sun.
Staying hydrated while riding the train at Disneyland.
One more thing worth noting. In addition to the hydration stations located all over the Disneyland Resort, you can also ask any cast member at any quick service location for a free cup of ice water. They are always happy to provide complimentary cups of water and you don’t even have to purchase food to get free ice water.
Final Thoughts: Can You Refill Water Bottles at Disneyland?
Unlike some theme parks that are overly strict about what you can bring inside, Disney not only allows you to bring your own food and drinks into the parks, but they make it super convenient to refill your water bottles. There are numerous water refill stations across Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney, and they will happily give you a free cup of cold water, too, if you ask.
Whether you’re spending the day in the theme parks or walking around Downtown Disney, you’ll always find a convenient spot to fill up your water bottle.
